 Northwest Industrial Supply, was established in 2008 by Tim Hausch and is located in Bryan, Ohio. Tim’s extensive career in the fastener industry began at Nucor Fastener in St. Joe, Indiana, where he developed his expertise in bolt manufacturing. After his time at Nucor, he made a career shift into sales with a fastener supply company in Archbold. In 2008, he decided to embark on his entrepreneurial journey by founding his own business. He began Northwest Industrial Supply in a 1500 square foot building located behind his residence. As the business grew, the space became overcrowded with inventory, leaving no room for expansion. In response, he constructed a 4800 square foot building in 2013, which allowed him to increase his product offerings. Melanie dedicated 32 years to ARO in Bryan, Ohio, undertaking various office roles and accumulating extensive  experience across different functions. In 2020, she transitioned from her career to become part of the NIS team, where she now handles accounting duties and daily office operations. By 2023, the need for further growth prompted them to add an additional 2400 square foot extension to the existing structure. Tim and Melanie have two daughters, Amanda (Jonah) Miller and Allison (Austin) Cangiano as well as 4 grandchildren, Avarie, Delanie, Carmen, and Emersyn. 

Born in Wauseon, Ohio, I spent my childhood in Archbold and now live in Stryker. My diverse work history includes mowing lawns, being a paperboy, pumping gas, repairing trailers, inseminating turkeys for 13 years, baling hay, driving wreckers and tractors, and starting my manufacturing career in November 1983. I spent 11 years at Sauder Woodworking, advancing to foreman, then became a supervisor at Style Mark, which evolved into Style Solutions and later acquired Fypon for 15 years. After production shifted to China, I moved my service to Therma Tru Door in Butler, Indiana, until 2022, then briefly served as Operations Director at Fairlawn Haven. In 2024, I joined Northwest Industrial Supply part-time to stay active until my wife retires in 2026. I’m married to Susan, and we have two daughters, Nikki and Nadine, along with five grandchildren. I enjoy golfing, showcasing my 1967 GTO, volunteering in youth ministry at St. Peter's Catholic Church, savoring ethnic cuisines, and watching my favorite teams Buckeyes, Indians, Browns, Cavs. I cherish trips up north for the stunning colors of nature. 

 I've lived in several towns across Ohio, currently calling Sherwood home. My career spans 15 years at The Hubbard Company as a press operator and delivery driver, and now around 15 years at Northwest Industrial Supply, primarily stocking first aid kits and vending machines. This job is mostly stress-free, and I enjoy my colleagues. Since 1992, I've been happily married to an amazing woman, and we have three children and two grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and indulging in hobbies like comic books, trading cards, music, and movies. 

 I have spent my life in the West Unity area, gaining experience in welding, soldering, and preventative maintenance at Sauders. I've also owned a lawnmower business and sold farm equipment at Kenn Feld. Post-retirement, I work in the warehouse at NIS, where I assist customers and help package and organize parts. I'm happily married with four children and eleven grandchildren, and I cherish my time at the lake with them. 

 I am originally from Charleston, West Virginia.  In my previous career, I worked creating glass art and exhibited it at shows throughout SW Florida. I have been working in sales at NIS for 10 years and love working with our customers.  I am married with three daughters. I enjoy outdoor activities and traveling back to West Virginia for family time.
